About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Costello Medical. As a key member of our People function, you will be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for our candidates, while also working closely with hiring managers to ensure our recruitment efforts align with company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment administration, including job posting, application review, and interview coordination
  • Answering candidate queries and providing excellent customer service
  • Conducting telephone interviews and greeting candidates for face-to-face interviews
  • Headhunting and proactively reaching out to prospective candidates
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies
  • Organizing and hosting career fairs and other recruitment events
  • Ensuring recruitment procedures are fair, inclusive, and compliant with best practices
