Position Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate recruiting leader with a patient and family-first mindset to serve as our Recruiting Consultant. The Recruiting Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our mission of providing exceptional care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Support Bluebird leadership team on physician recruitment strategies to grow practice footprint(s) and access.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for clinical, non-clinical and corporate support roles, along with creating hiring plans for de-novo market and new practice growth objectives.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct proactive searches for passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience with track-record of high-performance, preferably in the healthcare industry; physician recruitment experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry landscape is a plus, especially within value-based care and start-up organizations.
