As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, aged 11 to 21, with unique needs and exceptional talents.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $18.00 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more.

To succeed in this role, you will require a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience working with at-risk adolescents is preferred but not essential.
