**Job Overview**
Vermont Employer is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join their team in providing whole-person care coordination and support to individuals at SASH affordable housing sites.
**About the Role**
The successful candidate will provide direct individual therapeutic support, assessment, screening, and triage services to identify unaddressed needs and connect individuals with clinician and community resources. The Clinician will also develop and present trainings and workshops to staff and other populations as identified by the team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide direct individual therapeutic support, including individual, couples, and family therapy, and psychosocial support* Assess, screen, and triage services to identify unaddressed needs and connect individuals with clinician and community resources* Develop and present trainings and workshops to staff and other populations as identified by the team* Utilize SASH data management systems to collect and present outcome data for the program* Accurately complete timesheets and expense reimbursements on a timely basis
**Requirements**
* Masters Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or closely related field* Licensed or on the roster of Non-licensed Non-certified Psychotherapists in Vermont* Valid Drivers license and use of a personal vehicle* Experience working with vulnerable populations and providing mental health support
**Compensation**
We offer an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, based on industry standards in Vermont. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
