Job Title: Territory Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Engineer to join our team at Swift Placement & Consulting. As a Territory Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and expand sales within the territory.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals for the territory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field, and 4-6 years of sales experience in machine tool, industrial equipment, or capital equipment sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of CNC machining and understanding of complex milling/turning and EDM processes.
  • Knowledge of CMM inspection equipment and metrology practices.
