Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin objectives
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within local practices, hospitals, and health systems
- Lead a team of Account Executives, Care Transition Specialists, and Care Transition Coordinators to execute strategic account plans
- Partner with operations to resolve customer service issues and ensure high-quality service and growth
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and sales data to develop sales plans and drive improvement
- Bachelor's degree in business or a clinical field, or equivalent experience
- At least 1-2 years of previous business-to-business healthcare/medical related sales leadership experience
- Experience in analyzing and reporting sales data, developing and delivering presentations, and teaching time management skills
- MBA in Business Administration with at least 4 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
- Prior experience selling strategic solutions to hospitals, health systems, and medical groups
- Infusion/healthcare service experience in therapeutic areas such as anti-infective, nutrition, immunology/neurology, oncology, or transplant
- Competitive salary range: $112,750.31-$187,924.53
