Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
  • Service and installation of ductless mini-split systems
  • Repair and maintenance of PTAC units
  • Exhaust fan repair and replacement
  • Refrigeration piping tasks
  • Maintenance of coils, blowers, filters, and more
  • Familiarity with pumps, motors, and control wiring
  • Driving a company van to various job sites
  • Providing detailed job notes and photos, identifying parts, and creating material lists
  • Working independently or collaboratively with a team while maintaining a positive attitude

This position involves working with both commercial and residential systems of varying sizes. You will travel to client locations to assess their equipment, identify issues, and carry out necessary repairs or maintenance. Installation of new systems and ensuring their efficient operation will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess field experience, a positive demeanor, and a commitment to ongoing skill development.


Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license required
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in HVAC
  • Availability to work in various boroughs
