HR Assistant / HR Coordinator Job Description

D Aceto Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant / HR Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support new hire onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
  • Help with performance management processes and documentation.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in an HR assistant or coordinator role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
