Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Environmental Consulting Associate to contribute to our Impact Assessment team. This role is designed for individuals at the entry level who are eager to provide analytical support to our clients while collaborating with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough technical analyses within your area of expertise, while also supporting interdisciplinary projects.
  • Assist in the development of ERM's service offerings through effective technical consulting.
  • Oversee desktop processes related to environmental constraints and permitting.
  • Engage directly with clients and subject matter experts regarding biological and environmental science matters.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within established quality, budget, and schedule parameters.
  • Adhere to ERM's management system and maintain high standards of format and quality in all deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a natural science discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to established Health & Safety protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical data and reports effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated potential to be a collaborative team player, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
