We are in search of a skilled Desktop Support Technician to enhance our IT support team. This role is crucial in ensuring our employees have the necessary technical assistance to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve helpdesk tickets related to hardware and software challenges.
  • Provide assistance to staff for daily IT-related inquiries.
  • Conduct IT orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Configure and image laptops using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and InTune.
  • Support various IT projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; an Associate's Degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-6 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a distributed team.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification is preferred.
