Job Overview

cGMP Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee all aspects of calibration, ensuring seamless instrument performance and compliance with regulatory standards.

This role requires strong project management skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in various software packages, including Maximo, SAP, Vaisala, and Manufacturing Enterprise System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve calibration requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with process specifications.
  • Coordinate nonconformance issues, including CAPA and audit activities.
  • Support CAPA requirements and initiate calibration alerts.
  • Provide guidance to instrument owners and departments on calibration-related matters.
  • Develop and implement training programs for instrument users to ensure proper instrument care and calibration.
  • Monitor and analyze calibration metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with corporate metrology administration personnel to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-year degree in a technical field or sciences.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in calibration and instrumentation in production.
  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and computer knowledge.
