Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Lead

Reports to: Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at Par Mar Oil Company. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of customer service associates, and ensuring that our store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service associates, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and prevent losses, ensuring that our store is secure and that our assets are protected.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including those related to customer service, inventory management, and loss prevention.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Leadership Experience: 1+ year of experience in a leadership role
  • Inventory Management Experience: 1+ year of experience in inventory management
  • Loss Prevention Experience: 1+ year of experience in loss prevention
  • Compliance Experience: 1+ year of experience in compliance

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Environmental Conditions: Must be able to work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings
