Job Overview

Adecco is looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations. This role involves guiding and supervising maintenance personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with company standards, safety regulations, and relevant laws.

The Facilities Maintenance Lead will act as a key resource and escalation point for team members, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance their professional growth.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assign and prioritize daily tasks and work orders, offering clear guidance to maintenance teams.
  • Ensure all team members are well-versed in safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance initiatives.
  • Support and execute preventative maintenance strategies, making necessary adjustments as required.
  • Serve as the initial contact for urgent maintenance issues.
  • Supervise the repair and upkeep of all facility equipment.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in maintenance or a related field with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong background in enforcing safety policies and procedures.
  • Preferred certifications or licenses in areas such as electrical, welding, boiler operation, refrigeration, compressed air systems, wastewater management, or plumbing.

Compensation:
Annual salary range of $70,000 to $75,000

Work Schedule:
Available for 2nd or 3rd shifts
