Job Title: IT White Glove Support Specialist

At Tekskills Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled IT White Glove Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical support to our senior executives at our NYC office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized IT support to senior executives, ensuring seamless operation of video conferencing and presentation systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly, maintaining detailed records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Set up and configure devices, including laptops, mobile phones, and tablets, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Manage and support office IT infrastructure, including printers, network devices, and security systems.
  • Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement and support new technologies, conducting regular system audits and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a white glove support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and other productivity tools.
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and remote support tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
