Linux System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux System Administrator to join our team at NiSUS Technologies Corporation. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and manage LINUX operating systems and install software
- Create bash shell scripts to ensure system stability and deployment repeatability
- Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
- Provide detailed analysis and feedback to management and customers for escalated tickets
- Load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components
- TS/SCI with poly required
- Four (4) years experience in projects of similar scope, type, and complexity within the industry
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) additional years of system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Four (4) or more years of bash programming experience
- Four (4) or more years of LINUX (Redhat/CentOS 5 or greater) experience
- Knowledge of web technologies (html, xml, Java2E, etc.)
- One (1) or more years of experience with virtualization
- One (1) or more years of experience with Puppet 3 or greater
