Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team at ManTech International Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop hardware systems, including servers, network devices, and storage systems
  • Test and validate hardware systems to ensure they meet specifications and requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and installation guides
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with a focus on system design and development
  • Strong knowledge of hardware design tools, including CAD software and simulation tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Linux and Windows server and workstation environments
  • Knowledge of virtualization architectures and hypervisors
  • Experience with collaboration and tasking tools, including Jira and Confluence
