Job Responsibilities: The Hospice Nursing Team Supervisor will assist the Hospice Nurse Manager by providing leadership and guidance to the nursing staff on a daily basis, ensuring that the delivery of Hospice and Palliative Care services aligns with the organization's philosophy, objectives, and policies. This role includes mentoring and directing the professional staff as needed by the Hospice Nurse Manager. The position requires being available for backup On Call duties 2-3 times monthly and covering 2-3 holidays each year. The salary range is between $106,000 and $125,000, depending on experience. This role involves a mix of fieldwork and office responsibilities.
