Hospice Nursing Team Supervisor

About the Role:
This role is essential in guiding and supporting the professional nursing staff to ensure that our Hospice and Palliative Care services align with our organizational philosophy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily leadership and mentorship to nursing staff under the direction of the Hospice Nurse Manager.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with established policies and goals.
- Participate in on-call duties 2-3 times monthly and during select holidays.
Compensation:
Salary range is competitive, reflecting experience and qualifications, typically between $106,000 and $125,000 annually.
Benefits:
- Sign-on Bonus ranging from $9,000 to $15,000 based on the position.
- Four weeks of paid vacation and eight company-paid holidays.
- Comprehensive Pension plan fully funded by the employer at 5.75% of annual salary.
