  • Partner with CTI's proposal team to create budgets and proposals, providing essential guidance on proposal content and budget parameters.
  • Foster and sustain strong working relationships with vital members of CTI's laboratory operations and proposal/contracting teams.
  • Design and execute specific disease strategies to enhance awareness, generate leads, and identify opportunities.
  • Represent CTI at therapeutically focused conferences, engaging with prospective clients in attendance.
  • Participate in and contribute to bid defense meetings, leading preparations, strategies, and follow-up actions.
  • Lead and engage in discussions regarding capabilities, including presenting strategies and managing follow-up efforts.
  • Maintain communication with existing accounts and internal CTI representatives to ensure client needs are addressed.
  • Present sales opportunities to management and collaborate with internal teams to finalize complex sales.
  • Track and update the status of leads to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
  • Report all account activities to sales leadership and maintain records in CTI's CRM system.
  • Oversee sales departmental metrics to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a physical/life science field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical trial experience in central or specialty laboratories focused on pharmaceutical research and development.
