Position Overview:

As a vital member of our team at Paladin Consulting, the Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This position involves managing various client cases and providing support through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage case assignments and oversee case progress while efficiently navigating through various systems.
  • Provide high-quality service to clients through phone, email, chat, and other communication methods.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues to achieve resolution in line with established service standards.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of one or more products and stay informed about industry policies and procedures.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
  • Exhibit intermediate proficiency with various software applications, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
  • Document all client interactions meticulously.
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, fostering a supportive team environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks while prioritizing and organizing workload effectively.
