Client Service Representative

Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team at Paladin Consulting, the Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This position involves managing various client cases and providing support through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case assignments and oversee case progress while efficiently navigating through various systems.
- Provide high-quality service to clients through phone, email, chat, and other communication methods.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues to achieve resolution in line with established service standards.
- Maintain a solid understanding of one or more products and stay informed about industry policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
- Exhibit intermediate proficiency with various software applications, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
- Document all client interactions meticulously.
- Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, fostering a supportive team environment.
- Perform data entry tasks while prioritizing and organizing workload effectively.
