- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues to achieve resolution in line with established Service Level Agreements.
- Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of one or more products along with relevant industry policies and procedures.
- Identify and propose enhancements to processes, collaborating with leadership for implementation.
- Exhibit intermediate proficiency with software systems, which may encompass HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
- Document all client interactions accurately.
- Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, fostering a supportive team environment.
- Conduct data entry tasks while maintaining strong organizational skills and prioritization.
- A degree may be considered in lieu of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
