Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues to achieve resolution in line with established Service Level Agreements.
  • Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of one or more products along with relevant industry policies and procedures.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to processes, collaborating with leadership for implementation.
  • Exhibit intermediate proficiency with software systems, which may encompass HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
  • Document all client interactions accurately.
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, fostering a supportive team environment.
  • Conduct data entry tasks while maintaining strong organizational skills and prioritization.
Qualifications:
  • A degree may be considered in lieu of relevant experience.
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
