Requirements
  • Experience: Have intake specialist, nurse, or related work experience with the long-term care client population, preferably Medicaid-related experience.
  • Skills: Possess strong people skills, marketing, branding, public speaking, and customer focusing abilities, with a high level of personal skills to make formal presentations and deal effectively with diverse populations.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a Community Health Worker certificate or related work experience preferred.
