Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our hospice teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospice locations, including staff supervision, patient care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement.
  • Staff Development and Engagement: Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting staff development, engagement, and retention.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance, ensuring the effective use of resources and achieving financial goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required; two or more years' experience in hospice/home care preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment, if applicable; CPR certification required.
