Academic Support Coach, RN

MGH Institute of Health Professions is seeking an experienced Academic Support Coach to provide comprehensive academic support services to students in the School of Nursing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and experience in academic coaching or tutoring.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized academic support to students, including guidance on time management, study skills, and test-taking strategies.
- Develop and implement academic support plans to help students achieve academic success.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support students of concern and provide accommodations for students with disabilities.
- Represent the School of Nursing at open houses and orientation sessions and coordinate special events for at-risk student groups.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience in academic coaching or tutoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
MGH Institute of Health Professions is a graduate school in Boston that provides entry-level and post-professional programs in Nursing, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Genetic Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Physician Assistant Studies.
