In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, including interviewing applicants, verifying data, processing applications, and conducting home visits. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading affordable housing industry leader and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of HCV program operations, including applicant interviews and data verification.
  • Processing of applications and issuance of vouchers, as well as home visits as needed.
  • Providing landlord interface assistance and investigating client issues.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working with the public in a HCV program.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with current office technology and software applications.
