Job Overview:

Bridge Housing Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Housing Administration Specialist to support our multifamily operations. This role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year.

Job Summary:

The Housing Administration Specialist will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining databases, and preparing compliance reports. They will also provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors, while promoting community engagement and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and complete resident certifications and re-certifications.
  • Maintain accurate computer databases and ensure data quality.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reports for management review.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including copying, filing, scheduling, distributing mail, and answering phones.
  • Organize and maintain resident, maintenance, and vendor filing systems.
  • Promote and organize resident activities to enhance community engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and vendors.
  • Attend annual trainings and comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Fair Housing Act.
Requirements:
  • Affordable housing tax credit experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, are necessary; Yardi experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through are required.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet multiple deadlines, and work as a team member.
