Job Overview

Salary:$42,000 - $48,500 (Based on education, experience, & language)

Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Case Aide to perform administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to the Director and staff, and managing general administrative activities. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in planning and executing Strong Futures activities/events.
  • Creating and marketing weekly schedule/calendar of the Strong Futures' monthly events.
  • Maintaining contact lists and regular outreach to youth for events and programming.
  • Tracking program outcomes and assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Organizing and managing the upkeep of Strong Future's communal space.
  • Providing phone coverage for the front desk on a rotating basis.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Ability to build and maintain harmonious working relationships with and among staff.
  • Strong ability to relate to young people and engage them in conversation.
  • Strong time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Values and promotes diversity.
  • Able to maintain healthy boundaries.
  • Able to remain calm during moments of tension and stress.
  • Compliance with required background checks.
