The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing compliance programs. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree or MBA/JD is preferred.
This role offers a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Fidelity Investments is committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
