We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Director to join our team at Fidelity Investments. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner, promoting a culture of compliance and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong understanding of federal and state regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing regulator relationships, managing regulatory examinations, and assisting in the development of risk management strategies.

This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Risk, and Legal. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Job

This role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer for Fidelity Digital Assets, a leading platform for securing, trading, and supporting investments in digital assets. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the growth and success of our company while making a positive impact on the financial well-being of our clients.
