Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in an Enterprise Windows and Mac environment
  • Resolve at least 60% of assigned incidents at first contact
  • Fulfill service requests, such as installing software, peripherals, and drivers, and tracking inventory
  • Install and troubleshoot mobile devices (iOS and Android)
  • Troubleshoot issues with Teams, Zoom, and Webex
  • Communicate effectively with staff via phone and written communication
Requirements:
  • College degree and 2 years of direct experience working for an Enterprise Service Desk
  • Certifications accepted in lieu of experience/education include HDI, A+, Microsoft Technologies, Apple Technologies, and ITIL Foundations
  • Ability to work with general instruction, oversee projects, and mentor junior staff
  • Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and collaborate with senior staff and junior staff
