About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team at Hired by Matrix, Inc. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to clients via phone, email, and online chat
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document all incidents and requests in our call tracking system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide training and education to clients on the use of application software products and infrastructure components
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
