Campus Operations Support Specialist

Middlebury College seeks a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Campus Operations Support Specialist, supporting various work groups within the Operations Department. This position is based at the Bread Loaf Campus and the Middlebury Main Campus, providing essential services to ensure seamless campus operations.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position ranges from $18.19 to $22.28 per hour, with a full-time benefits package included.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves operating and maintaining institutional equipment, cleaning, maintaining, and disinfecting college facilities, and providing moving and delivery services. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing warehousing, monitoring campus storage, and performing manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrate professional communication skills and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Possess excellent time management skills and be able to develop and follow a schedule.
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED, with 3 years of experience in custodial, floor care, maintenance trades, and associated equipment operation preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to obtain a Middlebury College drivers license.

Other RequirementsThe ideal candidate must be available to work flexible shifts and overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays as part of a regular or rotating work shift.
