Job Title: Client Services Associate

Our client, a leading national financial services company, is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Associate to join their team in Oxford, MS. This is a hybrid role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving 1st and 2nd tier customer service issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Investigate and analyze complex customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Escalate issues to senior staff or specialized teams as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to address potential issues and prevent escalations.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to provide support and answer questions on process or specialized situations.
  • Process orders, reconcile information, track spreadsheets, and follow up with customers to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Prepare customer billings, answer billing-related questions, and coordinate resolution of billing issues with collections and other departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills.
