Role Overview
The Senior Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in managing a portfolio of significant enterprise clients within the Northeast region. This position is essential in demonstrating the value of Dataiku's software and services to stakeholders across various sectors, including finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals, transportation, manufacturing, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated portfolio of high-profile accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Engage with clients to understand their use cases and desired outcomes, facilitating their success with Dataiku's offerings.
- Collaborate with Dataiku Implementation Managers and Data Scientists to guarantee effective deployment and user engagement.
- Guide customer organizations in leveraging Dataiku for data science projects, from conception to execution.
- Implement customer engagement strategies, including regular Executive Business Reviews.
- Utilize Customer Health analytics to identify opportunities for expansion and mitigate churn risks.
- Work alongside the Sales team to strengthen customer relationships and ensure contract renewals.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, coordinating with Customer Support as necessary.
- Partner with Marketing to enhance the collection of customer testimonials.
- Keep clients informed about Dataiku's product roadmap and relay customer feedback to the Product team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Dataiku's product offerings.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong passion for serving large organizations and a deep interest in data science.
- Proven ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with databases and big data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark, is preferred.
- A track record of success in account management, customer success, or consulting, ideally within enterprise software or data science.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process, considering various factors such as geographic location, internal equity, education, skills, experience, and training. Eligible roles may also qualify for commission or variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive program.
