About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our pediatric cardiology team at Children's Health in Dallas, Texas.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse on our pediatric cardiology team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of comprehensive care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients with cardiac conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and develop effective treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current on best practices and research in pediatric cardiology
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in departmental projects
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practice, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
