Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision insurance, 401K match, and continuing education allowances.

Job Description

This role involves working as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) in our pediatric med-surg unit. You will be part of a dynamic team that delivers care to patients aged 0-18 years old. The daily census is around 30-40 patients, shared among two physicians. We offer flexible shifts, 7 on/7 off, and use EMR: Meditech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality patient care to infants, children, and adolescents
  • Collaborating with pediatric specialists and other healthcare professionals
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A PA-C or NP certification
  • Experience working in pediatrics, preferably in an inpatient setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
