About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Healthcare Professional to join our team at Children's Health in Dallas, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.

This position will involve working in an ambulatory setting, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a pediatric clinic setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient encounters
  • Educate patients and families on health-related topics and promote healthy lifestyles
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas
  • At least 1 year of experience in a pediatric clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits

Estimated annual salary: $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
