About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at SalesFirst Recruiting-1. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining business relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners in the Rochester, MN area.

Your primary focus will be on securing new projects in your territory while ensuring the successful completion of existing projects. This will involve collaborating with our inside sales, engineering, and support team members to meet customer requirements.

You will also have the opportunity to entertain customers through social events, lunches, and dinners, helping to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Rochester, MN area

Requirements
