Role Overview

Catholic United Financial is seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting our members in making informed financial decisions that align with their faith and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their unique financial situations and goals by offering solutions that align with Catholic ethics and values to solve financial needs.
• Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote financial literacy in support of the Catholic community.
• Achieve activity and sales goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, insurance or financial services or related field.
• Strong alignment with Catholic values and principles, including understanding and comfort in serving in the Catholic community.
• Excellent communication and people skills and confidence in promoting and marketing your business.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong analytical ability.
• Experience presenting to groups as well as 1:1 conversations with members and prospects.
