Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist II to join our team at the University of Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the PCard Team, including reviewing and approving PCard applications, canceling cards, and running terminated employee reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve PCard applications, ensuring compliance with UF and other agencies' policies
  • Cancel cards and run terminated employee reports as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to campus inquiries, using SalesForce, phone, and Teams
  • Review PCard purchases for compliance with UF and other agencies' policies
  • Document all PCard processes and develop and review PCard policy, training, communications, and website content
  • Act as a liaison with the bank and UF GO cardholder and transaction maintenance
  • Represent PCard in campus-wide training and respond to audit requests from internal, State, Federal, and granting agency auditors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with data, systems, and excellent customer service
  • Specific system experience in Concur, Detect by Oversight, PeopleSoft, Bank of America's Works, WordPress, and Workday
  • Experienced Excel user

The University of Florida offers a competitive salary range of $45,000-55,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
