Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant locations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of restaurant locations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
