The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in legal secretarial roles and possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities include managing multiple attorneys' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and calendar court dates. The successful candidate will also be able to type and compose letters, pleadings, interrogatories, motions, and discovery documents.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple attorneys' calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Calendar court dates and maintain accurate records
  • Compose letters, pleadings, interrogatories, motions, and discovery documents
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Provide exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Develop strong communication skills, both verbal and written
