About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at IvyMax San Marino Corp. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and resolution of issues.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin a plus.
