ChristianaCare is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in Elk Mills, Maryland.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide patient care and environmental cleaning in the operating rooms before and after surgical procedures.
Responsibilities:- Assist patient care team in transferring patients to and from beds/stretchers
- Provide necessary equipment and supplies for patient care team
- Restock specialty carts with supplies and maintain par levels
- Perform between-case cleaning procedures, including cleaning rooms, equipment, and instrumentation
- Troubleshoot minor equipment problems and initiate service calls as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills
- BLS certification
- Able to work flexible hours for training and support
