Environmental Services Technician/Housekeeper

Work Schedule:
Part-Time Weekends 8am-4pm (flexible hours available)

Qualifications for Environmental Services Technician/Housekeeper:
  • Preferred one year of experience in a similar role
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing of all furniture, fixtures, and flooring on-site, including project cleaning and emergency clean-ups
  • Maintain a cleaning schedule for assigned areas, documenting any damages in apartments or common areas and reporting them to the Environmental Services Director or Administrator
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and assist in maintaining its quality condition
  • Communicate inventory needs to the Director
  • Knowledgeable in the appropriate use of chemicals, ensuring they are secured when not in use
  • Assist in the care of live plants in assigned areas
