We are currently in search of a full-time Member Services Representative (MSR)/Teller to support our branch operations. The MSR/Teller plays a vital role in assisting members and prospective members with their Credit Union requirements, which includes explaining current products and services, establishing new accounts, and addressing member inquiries. This role involves working in the Member Services area and on the Teller Line on a rotating basis as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a teller or customer service role, including cash handling and sales.
  • Proficient in working quickly and accurately with numerical data.
  • Adept at solving arithmetic and mathematical reasoning challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in various situations.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office applications on a PC.
