Job Title: Senior Manager Organizational Change Management Advisory

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Organizational Change Management Advisory practice in the West Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our regional group, leading the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives, and managing specific change projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and growth of our regional group
  • Design and implement organizational change initiatives
  • Manage specific change projects
  • Develop and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and orchestrate Change Strategies and Plans for large-scale technology projects and programs
  • Create guidelines and enforce procedures and standards related to content development and implementation
  • Develop and execute effective Communication strategies
  • Develop and deliver strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success
  • Lead clients through transformational change and support business priorities
  • Contribute to the internal capability of Avanade's OCM practice by sharing learnings, developing content, mentoring junior colleagues, and crafting compelling proposal responses

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a client-facing Organizational Change role with digital transformation, technical & functional project experience, and prior experience with ERP/CRM Transformation
  • 4+ years of consulting experience from a top consulting firm (i.e., EY, PwC, Deloitte, or KPMG)
  • Experience working in cross-functional and complex, highly matrixed teams
  • Experience in leading pursuits and justifying the organizational change value proposition for an engagement with both internal and client stakeholders
  • Ability to be flexible, demonstrate critical thinking, and work effectively in fluid, complex environments
  • Experience in coaching and developing junior talent
  • Expert in the Microsoft Office product suite
  • Other desired skills include: a relevant Advanced Degree or an MBA, industry experience in one of the following industries - Resources (O&G, Energy), Healthcare, Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, CMT, and Financial Services

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, and Washington as set forth below.

Role Location - Range of starting pay for role:

  • California: ($164,900 - $206,000)
  • Colorado: ($147,900 - $174,000)
  • Washington: ($164,900 - $194,000)
