We are on the lookout for an Organizational Design and Change Management Consultant to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in assisting our clients, including Fortune 500 companies, through complex organizational changes and transformations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing organizational change strategies that enhance performance, culture, and operational efficiency.

As a Senior Consultant and Manager in Organizational Design and Change Management, you will play a strategic role in leading our high-profile clients through critical transformations and reorganizations. This senior-level position requires a sophisticated understanding of organizational dynamics, coupled with proven expertise in designing and executing large-scale change initiatives that drive business outcomes, cultural evolution, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and oversee the implementation of comprehensive organizational design and change management strategies for complex global initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership teams, providing deep insights and innovative solutions for organizational challenges.

Lead diagnostic assessments to uncover key areas for change and develop bespoke, actionable strategies to address them.

Spearhead the development of change management frameworks that facilitate smooth transitions, employee engagement, and adoption of new behaviors and processes.

Direct and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and performance improvement.

Evaluate the impact of change initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous optimization.

Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and positioning [Your Company Name] as a partner of choice for future engagements.

Contribute to thought leadership and business development efforts, including leading proposal development and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients.

Requirements:

Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related discipline.

10+ years of progressive experience in organizational design and change management within a top-tier consulting environment, including significant experience at a senior management or director level.

Demonstrated capability in leading high-impact change initiatives, with a portfolio of successful large-scale projects.

Expertise in advanced change management methodologies and frameworks, with certifications (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) highly regarded.

Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.

Strategic thinker with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships at all organizational levels.

Proven track record in new business development, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Availability to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements.

Management Consulting Experience (required).

Strong Client Management (required).

Strong Project and Program Status& Executive Management (required).

Effective Communication. (required).

8+ years of experience as FTE or Consultant at Fortune 50 company. (preferred)

8+ years of experience with Process Improvement. (preferred)

10+ years of experience with Planning and Organizational skills. (preferred)
