Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Rockwell Sterling.
This role will involve overseeing the safety of our operations and employees, supervising field crews, and mentoring junior staff members.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of construction experience, with 4+ years of experience in a superintendent or field supervisory role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing site logistics plans and maintaining daily records
- Reviewing construction documents for completeness and constructability
- Managing contract administration and communicating with subcontractors
- Developing programs to maintain good client relations
- Overseeing project completion and turnover
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
They will also have strong leadership, safety, negotiation, planning, and contract administration experience.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
