About the Role:
The Commercial Sales Developer will play a critical role in driving business growth through sales and marketing efforts. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Denver metropolitan area and Rocky Mountain region
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
- Analyzing data and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Processing sales transactions and developing strategic forecasts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business development experience
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience as a buyer or sales role within an industrial sector

Competencies:
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organization
- Prior business development experience highly desirable
- Strong background in negotiations and vendor management
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key contacts
- Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel and Word experience
- Experience in HubSpot or other CRM systems preferred
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills (group and individual)
- Foster a positive work environment through a great attitude, effective communication, and flexibility
- Excellent time management, prioritization of tasks, and multi-tasking skills

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience

Location: Denver metropolitan area and Rocky Mountain region
